Returns Policy
WHAT can be returned?
New uniforms purchased from the Uniform Shop that have not been worn or washed. All uniform items must also have the original tags attached and be in their original sale bags. All hair items and second hand uniform purchases cannot be returned.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
New items that have not been worn or washed may be returned within 5 days of the date of purchase to the Uniform Shop, along with the original receipt issued by the Uniform Shop.
Any credits will be refunded to the card used to purchase the original items.
HOW do I return or swap items?
All returns need to be made at the uniform shop so the items can be refunded to the card used to purchase them. If you want to swap a size, please email the uniform shop with your child's name and class and the item and size you are wanting to swap. I will go to your child's class and swap it over for you.
